If you are someone like myself, who hates shopping, cant cook and doesn’t have the time in the day to worry about constant calorie counting then this is the diet for you!
With The excellent support of Gareth and the easiness of the meal replacement shakes it is the easiest diet out there, yes it takes will power and determination but the quick and often dramatic results are well worth it.
I lost just over 2 stone in 10 weeks on this program and easily dropped 2 dress sizes.
