Waistaway Weight Management Programme

A highly flexible programme designed to maintain your ideal weight. It can be used after completing the Weight Loss Programme or as a more relaxed alterative to our Weight Loss Programme. It allows you to successfully reduce or control the number of calories you consume every day, resulting in weight loss or maintenance. The programme is similar to our Weight Loss Programme but is far more flexible and therefore the expected weight loss may take longer simply due to the fluctuations resulting from your ability to sustain healthy, low calorie eating over a period of time.

How does this work?

The Weight Management Programme simply asks you to replace between one and three main meals a day with the maintenance products. lf choosing to replace one meal it is recommended that it is breakfast however for a limited time it could be recommended that you replace all three meals depending on whether you are looking lose or maintain your weight.

You are also able to snack between meals, for example with fresh fruit or vegetables in moderation. If you find buying and cooking fresh foods difficult or too time consuming, you can use some of the healthy eating ready-meals available fitm most supermarkets. These ready-meals give you a balanced evening meal and provide the exact calorie content You may also add a simple green salad with a little balsarnic vinegar to give the evening meal more substance without adding too many more calories.

If substituting all three meals, you must have at least one summer fruit or chocolate whip in that day to ensure a healthy and balanced diet is maintained.

In addition to the formula food there is a need to drink plenty of water, an absolute minimum of 2 litres a day, more if you can.
