Waistaway Rewards - Terms and Conditions

Referrals must be made using the official form found on www.waistaway.net and that referral must generate a sale We cannot reward a referral retrospectively Submission automatically means acceptance of these terms and conditions Rewards will be to the person making the referral and will be in the form of Marks and Spencer vouchers and calculated on the following basis:
- £10 per referred male purchasing week 1of total food replacement programme
- £5 per referred female purchasing week 1 of total food replacement programme
- £2 per any other referred male or female starting week 1 of any other programme
All referrals that do not lead to a sale do not qualify
Only the purchase of week one qualifies, subsequent purchases do not entitle anyone to any reward from Waistaway ltd
There is no limit to the number of referrals able to be made
Payments will only be made at least one month following the 1st week purchase
There is no contract or notice of termination of plan needed to qualify
In the event of multiple clients referring the same contact, only the first complete referral form received will qualify for reward
The referral will only be accepted if the enquiry or referred contact hasn’t previously been logged onto any Waistaway system
Payment is by voucher only and no cash alternative
Waistaway reserves the right to provide an alternative reward method
Client confidentiality will be upheld at all times
Waistaway reserves the right to withdraw or amend this reward scheme at any time, and without notice
Entrants must be over 18 years of age
Neither the scheme or any benefit derived creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by participants against Waistaway Ltd
This is a non-tax paid scheme and so it is the individuals responsibility to declare any payment to their local tax authority if required and to pay any tax arising from reward receipt
In order to properly run the scheme your personal details will be kept on file, but as with all dealings with Waistaway Ltd your details are for the sole use of Waistaway Ltd and will not be passed onto any third party, apart from any courier charged with delivering stock or rewards
