Weight Check

The third weight loss option, and a part of the two structured programmes, entailing the checking of your weight using professional scales, preferably on a weekly basis.

If you select this as a weight loss or management option, without using one of the main two programmes you are still entitled to the same level and quality of advice and help and you are not tied to attending weekly. However a weekly weight check and advice will certainly help you keep focused and will spot any weight gain at the earliest opportunity and allow the discussion of any of your problems or needs.

If you are losing weight using your own method or one of our programmes, or are maintaining weight, we recommend you keep a weekly, detailed food and drink diary, which we will be happy to discuss with you.

This option is included in the price of the two structured programmes offered.
